We search for a new tenant of our apartment in Munich, 2 min from Hadern Stern U-Bahn Station. We offer a 2 year contract for a 60m2 flat with two rooms, one bathroom and two balconies on a 10th floor with magnificent views of the Alps and the City of Munich. The neighborhood is surrounded by green and pedestrian areas with multiple shops and supermarkets.
The apartament is equipped with furniture, bathroom and a fully brand new kitchen. The flat also comes with an numbered underground parking spot and a privat storage basement. We search preferably for a couple, although single tenants are also an option. We require a minimum level of English for the requesters/tenants so the conversation can be fluent without the need of a translator and in case of reaching and agreement and give up the usufruct of the house being able in the future years to solve quickly any problems, question or suggestions.
