Room description:

We have a lovely, fully furnished room available in our apartment in June (flexible dates). The room features:

• A comfortable double bed
• A spacious working desk (for Home Office)
• A big wardrobe with ample storage

The room is very sunny, providing a bright atmosphere during the day. For a good night’s sleep, it also comes with blinding curtains :)

The flat has a fully equiped kitchen with a dishwasher. There are 2 bathrooms (one with a shower and one with a bathtub and there is a washing machine and a dryer).

Location:

Our flat is ideally located in the heart of Berlin, just a 2-minute walk from the S-Bahn station Bellevue and only one stop from Hauptbahnhof. The U9 Turmstraße station is a 10-minute walk away, and the M10 tram stop is just an 8-minute walk.

You'll find plenty of cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets nearby, making everyday errands and eating out a breeze. For nature lovers, the beautiful Tiergarten park and the river are only a few minutes away on foot, perfect for a relaxing stroll or a morning jog.

Additionally, we have a private parking space and a dedicated area for bicycles.
