Huawei's Munich Research Center is responsible for advanced technology research, architectural development, design and strategic engineering of our products.

● Take responsibility for the overall purchasing strategy of our service, materials and equipment, enhancing efficiency and transaction security
● Analyze internal requirements and market supply resources to support the overall purchasing strategy for procurement related categories
● Develop, maintain and execute procurement strategies to gain competitive advantages and ensure high-quality delivery
● Sourcing new and maintaining current suppliers as well as managing the supplier resource structure in order to extend the cooperation with strategic suppliers
● Control and optimize the purchasing process, monitor its' status and make suggestions for improvement for beneficial new requirement handlings
● Evaluate the performance of the suppliers and track improvement

● Bachelor's degree in Economics, Supply Chain, Mathematics or similar fields of study
● First work experience in the area of procurement as well as supplier management, commercial negotiation and basic capabilities of procurement project management
● Basic knowledge about supplier management, procurement strategy as well as E2E procurement knowledge
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills combined with team spirit, openness for an international environment and Chinese business culture
● Ability to work independently in a fast-paced changing environment as well as high flexibility and motivated working attitude
● Fluent spoken and written in English, German is an advantage
● Willingness to travel within Europe
